Account access

Use the email associated with your company account. New registrations require company approval before workspace access is granted. If you cannot sign in, reset your password or contact your administrator.

Posting and automatic checks

Normal job updates appear after automatic checks without waiting for manual approval. The workplace agreement explains sharing with OpenAI for content safety and Anthropic for project-image classification and receipt suggestions. Optional assistants ask for separate permission. If a check is unavailable, keep your draft and retry; review receipt suggestions before saving them.

Report a concern or appeal

Use a comment’s Report control and view responses in Settings → Content & safety. A comment’s Block comments control hides that person’s comments without hiding assigned tasks or schedules; manage your blocked list in Content & safety. For other content, sign-in problems or an appeal, contact info@valish.co with the relevant screen and approximate time. Do not send passwords or unnecessary confidential information.

Administrators can hide content, suspend abusive accounts and restore content after reviewing a correction or appeal. Reports are reviewed within one business day. For urgent threats or emergencies, also contact your supervisor or emergency services as appropriate.

Privacy and your account

Read the app privacy policy or request permanent account deletion. Deletion can be initiated in the app without calling or emailing support.
