Partner portal terms
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to the partner portal at admin.valish.co and supplement the Valish Company Terms of Service. The portal lets authorized partners view work they referred to us under Projects and handle work we referred to them under Leads. These partner-specific access terms apply to this portal; the staff dashboard’s Google sign-in instructions do not apply.
Authorized access
Use only the email address the project team enabled for your partner company. You must be authorized to act for that company. Protect your email account and sign-in codes, do not share codes or sessions with unauthorized people, and sign out on shared devices. Tell the project team promptly if an email address changes or you suspect unauthorized access.
Access is limited to the businesses and work shared with your partner company. Do not attempt to access other records or bypass access controls. We may disable access when authorization ends, a partner becomes inactive, or access is misused.
Customer information and shared files
Use customer contact details, job addresses, project updates, and shared files only to evaluate or carry out the relevant referral or project. Keep this information confidential and limit access within your company to people who need it for that work. Do not sell it, use it for unrelated marketing, or publish or redistribute it without authorization.
You are responsible for handling information you receive in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and your commitments to customers. Let the referring company know promptly if you receive information in error or believe it has been exposed. Stop accessing or using shared information when your authorization ends, except where retention is required by law or an applicable agreement.

Project information and lead updates
Project information is a shared status view and can change as work progresses. Contact the project team to confirm a schedule or request a correction. The portal does not let partners edit project records or submit new referrals to us.
Provide accurate lead statuses and notes, and include only information relevant to the referral that you are authorized to share. The referring company can read your submitted updates. Contact that company to correct an update or resolve a disagreement. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information in notes.
Referral agreements and fees
Portal access does not create an employment relationship, a subcontract for labor, a legal partnership, or a guarantee of work or payment. The name “partner” describes the referral relationship. Separate agreements govern the work, customer obligations, referral fees, and payment terms.
A status such as Job sold is your report of an outcome. It does not itself confirm a fee, charge anyone, or record payment. The portal distinguishes agreed terms, amounts confirmed by the referring company, and payments recorded. Contact the referring company about an incorrect amount or missing payment; a portal entry does not replace the underlying agreement or proof of payment.
